Swim Meet

I have a swim meet on July 3! I am mostly nervous, but a tiny little bit excited. This is my first one in a couple years. I am going to be doing a 100 back (four laps backstroke), and a 50 free (2 laps freestype). I still don't really know how to do the turns for back stroke, so... :S.... i'll let you know how it went!

My New Dessert!!

I tried making a different kind of dessert. I got it from a cook book from Barnes and Noble. Here are some picts.:



It is a pie crust, with a blackberry fruit spread, topped with cool whip, then on top of that is strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, before you serve, you sprinkle powdered sugar on it. (this is before the powdered sugar [of course]).

Happy Spring

Happy Spring everyone!! Well, it is officially (my opinion) spring here in Palmdale, California! I am sooo glad, after a long cold and WINDY winter. Hope everyone will start posting more about what they have been up to. Love ya!

Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball

I am on a swimming team right now. It is called Frog Aquatics! I somewhat enjoy it, we do tons of laps, mostly Freestyle. My best stroke is probably Freestyle. Brad is on a club Volleyball team, and on the school basketball team. For volleyball Brad has a tornament tomorrow, and his team won the basketball game today and is still undefeated! For me, I don't know when the next swim meet is, but when ever it is, it will be my first one for Frog Aquatics.

Geneology

I had a mutual activity Tuesday night and we went to the geneology library! It was pretty cool, and we all got registered and started a pedigree! I think everyone should start doing the geneology! Its not only service it is fun! You should at least try it out by going to New.Familysearch.org. Thanks!

hehehe.. I didn't know what to name the title!.. School is almost out for winter break, (from Dec. 19 - Jan. 11). We get a whole three weeks!... I still don't think that is long enough.. hehe... PLUS, Christmas is almost here! Yippee! Starting a count down: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 DAYS left!... We are at 10 days!
